Planning Meeting – A couple weeks before your wedding we will meet to go over all the details you have planned and your wedding timeline.

Rehearsal Coordination – I’ll run your rehersal and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and what they should be doing.

Full Wedding Day Coverage – I’ll be the main point of contact for everyone on the day of the wedding so they won’t bother you. I’ll make sure every thing runs smoothly and handle any issues that come up.

Why it works:

You’ve handled the details, you just need someone to run the show while you enjoy the moment. I’ll step in to make sure the schedule flow and everyone is where they need to be.

This is also a very budget friendly way to get some help without breaking the bank!

Week-Of Coordinating

Best for: Couples who want a little more support tying it all together

What’s Included:

Last-Minute Detail Wrangling – There are always so many things that pop up at the last minute that you haven’t thought of and I’ll help you work through all of them

Decor & Venue Setup – Whether you just want an extra pair of hands or want me to take charge and run the setup crew, I’m here to help get your venue just the way you want.

Planning Meeting – Just like with the Day-Of Coordinating we’ll go over all the detais and make sure everything is covered.

Rehearsal Coordination – I’ll run your rehersal and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and what they should be doing.

Full Wedding Week Coverage – I’ll be the main point of contact for everyone the week of the wedding. I’ll make sure every thing runs smoothly and handle any issues that come up.

Day-Of Coordination – After we’ve planned everything, I’ll make sure that everything executes once the day finally arrives!
